A dithered probability cloud of grey cells on paper narrowing through a funnel into one small dense ordered block of blue cells: a library of references distilled into a single file.

tastestack.md

A tastestack is one markdown file that captures what a person finds beautiful. It is distilled from a library of design references they actually kept: the shape of the choices, not the choices themselves. Agents read it as a prior, so what they build feels yours without looking the same.

Real lines from the v3 file: the machine layer up top, one human-written claim below. Every claim cites the references that earned it.

the injection rule · travels with the file

This is a PRIOR, not a spec. The brief and the project’s own design system dominate. Where they are silent, resolve toward these claims, weighted by confidence. Never flatten diversity into repetition.

The format is young. A formal spec will live here as it matures. Today one reference implementation exists.
